1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of gusforce.com, our quote and booking tools, the GUS Pilot Network, and the drone services provided by Green Universal Services LLC ("GUS," "we," or "us"). By using the site, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

GUS provides drone photography, videography, and documentation services, including:

  • Real Estate: aerial photos and video for listings and properties.
  • Event Coverage: aerial photos, video, and highlight reels for weddings, races, festivals, and corporate events.
  • Construction Monitoring: scheduled progress photos and video, plus a start-to-finish timelapse.
  • Damage Assessment: visual photo and video documentation of roofs and structures, with an optional annotated report.
  • Aerial Security: scheduled patrols flown by an on-site pilot, with the recorded footage delivered after each flight. We do not currently provide live video monitoring.
  • Landmark Shots: cinematic aerial footage of landmarks, licensed for one-time, extended, or exclusive use.

3. Quotes, Estimates, and Scheduling

Estimates shown on our website are price ranges based on the information you provide. They are not a binding offer. Your final price and scope are confirmed with you before any work is scheduled or any payment is due. Consultation calls are free, and you can cancel a booked consultation from the link in your confirmation email.

4. Drone Operations and FAA Compliance

All flights are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified remote pilots in accordance with FAA regulations. Flights depend on weather, airspace authorization, and temporary flight restrictions (TFRs). We may reschedule or cancel a flight when conditions are unsafe or a flight would not be lawful; in that case we will work with you to find a new time at no extra charge.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You confirm that you have the right to authorize aerial photography or video of the property or site.
  • You provide an accurate address and any access details, hazards, or restrictions we should know about.
  • You let occupants and on-site staff know that a drone will be operating.
  • For security patrols, you define the area to be patrolled and who should receive the footage.

6. Deliverables, Licensing, and Portfolio Use

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual license to use the delivered photos, video, and reports for the purpose agreed with you. Landmark footage is licensed on the one-time, extended, or exclusive terms agreed for your project. GUS retains copyright in the footage unless we agree otherwise in writing.

GUS may use non-sensitive imagery — such as landmark or general real estate shots — in its portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to or a non-disclosure agreement is in place. We never publish security patrol or damage assessment footage without your permission.

7. The GUS Pilot Network

  • The Pilot Network is for FAA Part 107 certified pilots. Every membership is reviewed and approved by GUS, at our discretion.
  • Keep your account information accurate and your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Be respectful. No harassment, spam, illegal content, or content you don't have the right to share.
  • Content you upload remains yours. You allow GUS to host and display it within the Pilot Network. Publishing or selling your footage beyond the Pilot Network is covered by a separate written agreement between you and GUS.
  • GUS may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site — for example by sending automated or spam submissions, trying to access other people's accounts or data, or interfering with how the site works.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our aerial documentation is a visual record. It is not an engineering, structural, or code-compliance inspection and may not reveal every defect, and security patrols do not guarantee that an incident will be detected or prevented. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GUS's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service involved, and GUS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where Green Universal Services LLC is registered. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
