1. Services Provided

Green Universal Services (GUS Force) provides the following drone-based services:

Damage Assessments & Construction Monitoring: Visual inspections for insurance or project management.
Location/Property Photography: Professional imagery for real estate and landmarks.
Security Patrols: Aerial surveillance of designated perimeters.

2. Drone Operations & FAA Compliance

All drone operations are conducted by FAA-certified remote pilots in accordance with Part 107 regulations. Operations are subject to weather conditions and temporary flight restrictions (TFRs). GUS Force reserves the right to cancel or reschedule missions if flight safety is compromised.

3. Brokerage of Human Security Services

GUS Force acts as a broker and platform provider for human security services.

Relationship:
When you request human security through our platform, the services may be performed by a licensed third-party security partner.

Liability:
GUS Force facilitates the contract but is not responsible for the direct actions, omissions, or negligence of the third-party security personnel on-site.

4. Client Obligations & Access

Clients must ensure they have the legal right to authorize aerial filming of the property. For security patrols, clients must provide a clear "Area of Operation" and notify relevant on-site staff of drone activity.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Deliverables:
Upon full payment, clients are granted a perpetual license to use the images/reports for their intended purpose.

Ownership:
GUS Force retains the right to use non-sensitive imagery (e.g., landmark or general real estate shots) for marketing and portfolio purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

6. Limitation of Liability

GUS Force uses advanced technology for damage assessments and security monitoring. However, we do not guarantee the detection of all defects or security breaches. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered. We are not liable for property damage caused by third-party security firms booked through our platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where Green Universal Services LLC is registered.
