1. Introduction

Green Universal Services LLC ("GUS," "we," "our," or "us") operates gusforce.com and the GUS Pilot Network. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, request a quote or consultation, hire us for a drone service, or join the Pilot Network — and how we use and protect it.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Quote and consultation requests:
Your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), the property or site address, and the project details you choose to share. If you book a consultation, we also record the time you pick, whether you prefer a phone call or Google Meet, and your browser's time zone.

Pilot Network accounts:
Your name, email address, phone number, FAA Part 107 certificate number, service area, profile photo and bio, and a password (stored only in secure hashed form by our sign-in provider). We also store what you share in the Pilot Network: posts, comments, messages, photo and video uploads, and meeting RSVPs.

Aerial footage from our services:
Photos, video, and location data captured during a job. Because drones record from above, footage can incidentally include people, vehicles, or neighboring property. We capture only what the job requires.

Technical data:
Our hosting and database providers automatically log basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to run and secure the service. To limit spam on our quote form, we keep a one-way, keyed code derived from your IP address, not the IP address itself.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

Respond to quote requests, prepare estimates, and schedule consultations.
Deliver the drone services you hire us for and send you the results.
Verify pilots' FAA certification and run the Pilot Network (profiles, community feed, messaging, meetings, and uploads).
Send service emails such as confirmations, estimates, booking details, and account notices. We do not send marketing emails without your permission.
Protect the site and our users from spam, fraud, and abuse.
Meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

4. Aerial Security Patrols

Our security patrols are flown by an FAA-certified pilot who is on site for the flight. The drone records the patrol, and the footage is delivered after the flight to the people you designate — for example a property manager or head of security.

We do not currently stream live video from patrols. If we add real-time monitoring in the future, we will update this policy before offering it.

Patrol footage is treated as confidential, shared only with your designated contacts, and deleted after 30 days unless it documents an incident or you ask us to keep it longer.

5. Data Retention

Quote requests and client records: kept as long as needed to serve you and for our business records.
Project footage (real estate, events, construction, damage assessment, landmarks): kept for the duration of the project plus a standard archival period.
Security patrol footage: 30 days unless it documents an incident (see section 4).
Pilot accounts: kept while the account is active. We delete or anonymize account data on request, except what we are required to keep by law.
Email copies of confirmations we send are removed from our email system after 90 days.

6. Service Providers We Use

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run GUS, each under its own privacy and security terms:

Supabase — database, file storage, and Pilot Network sign-in.
Vercel — website hosting.
Resend — delivery of our emails.
GUS scheduling service (gusforce.ai) — our own booking system, which uses Google Calendar and Google Meet to schedule consultation calls.
Google Maps Platform — address suggestions on the quote form.
YouTube — videos embedded in our Showcase and the Pilot Network.
Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on the quote form.
Google Fonts and Esri — the fonts and satellite map imagery shown on the site.

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of GUS, our clients, or others.

7. Browser Storage and Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in to the Pilot Network, your browser stores a secure sign-in session so you stay logged in. Third-party features — such as YouTube videos, Google Maps, and Cloudflare Turnstile — may set their own cookies when you use them.

8. Data Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), database access rules that limit each pilot to the information they are permitted to see, and restricted administrator access. No method of transmission over the Internet or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete your information. Pilots can update their own profile at any time in the Pilot Network.
Opt out of any non-essential emails.

Email info@gusforce.com with any request and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of some states, such as California, may have additional rights under local law.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
